You can exchange your gift cards by using our online exchange form. In the form, select the gift card(s) you wish to trade in. Use the search bar to find your desired brand.
You can combine multiple gift cards, even from different brands.
Enter the remaining balance on your gift card in the 'Guthabenhöhe' field. Provide the expiration date in the datepicker field. For some cards, you only need to fill in the balance.

Once you are done entering your card details, hit 'Macht mir ein Angebot'! You will then receive an offer for your gift card. No strings attached!
At the top of the page, you’ll see options to exchange for a gift card from another brand. At the bottom, you’ll find our cash offer ('Aufs Bankkonto überwiesen'). The offer for exchanging your giftcard to another brand is always higher than the cash offer.
If you choose cash payment, fill in your bank details in the form as shown below:
Once you’ve selected your option and entered your details, hit the 'Ja, ich möchte das Guthaben eintauschen' button to proceed. Instructions for submitting your gift card will follow in the next step.
Enter the card number and PIN code. Upload a clear photo of your gift card showing both the card number and PIN code under 'Foto hochladen'. By clicking 'Speichern und versenden', you’ll submit your gift card, and we’ll initiate the payout process.
Once we’ve received your gift card(s), we’ll verify them before processing the payment. Cash payments will be deposited into your account, while credit for another gift card will be sent via email. Your new code will be ready to use immediately.
